Inclusive Rates: All our rates are inclusive of a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT), providing transparent pricing for your convenience.
Weather Guarantee: While we strive to deliver unforgettable experiences, our departures are subject to weather conditions. Rest assured, your safety and comfort remain our top priority.
Sandwich Harbour Access: Due to the dynamic nature of weather and tides, accessing the Sandwich Harbour Lagoon by vehicle along the beach may not always be feasible. In such cases, we offer an alternative, where we ascend to the pinnacle of a dune, offering an equally breathtaking vantage point. We recommend informing your clients of this possibility to manage expectations effectively.
Complimentary Translation Services: Should translation assistance be required, our knowledgeable tour guides are available free of charge, contingent upon availability.
Seating Arrangements: While our tours typically offer shared experiences, private or exclusive window seating arrangements can be arranged upon request and as per quotation.
Accessibility Accommodations: We are committed to inclusivity and welcome guests with disabilities. Please inform us in advance of any physical assistance requirements.
Child Safety: For children aged 0-3 joining our tours to Sandwich Harbour, kindly notify us in advance to arrange for a car seat. Alternatively, clients may bring their own car seats for added comfort and safety.
Tailored Experiences: Group and private rates are available upon request, catering to diverse preferences and group sizes.
Celebratory Occasions: Should you be commemorating a special event such as a birthday or anniversary, please notify us at the time of booking for personalized arrangements.
Transfers and Pick-Ups: Please note that transfers or pick-ups are not included in the activity rate but can be arranged for an additional fee for your convenience.
Flexible Return Times: The duration of our tours may vary depending on the time spent at each viewpoint. Your return time is adaptable to ensure ample enjoyment at every stop along the way.
Payment Terms: Invoice payments are due for settlement within 30 days, facilitating seamless transactions for our valued clients.
Holiday Operations: We accommodate requests for tours on 25th December and 1st January, ensuring the availability of unforgettable experiences during the holiday season.
Dietary Considerations: To accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions, kindly inform us in advance, allowing us to tailor our offerings accordingly.
Customized Refreshments: While our tours include snack platters and beverages, alternative options can be requested for an additional fee, enhancing your culinary experience.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. However, please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the excursion, on the day of the tour, or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the excursion will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
